Most of those cds are not drop shippers, but they get them at a wholesale price and they can pass the savings on to you.
there are a lot of websites you can check out. whole sale websites that also give you dropshipping links. but you have to suscribe
There can be any number of reasons that the CDs are brand new and cheaper - wholesale closeouts, stolen merchandise, negotiated prices.
